About the Role
The Public Relations Officer (Marketing Associate) for Vardha Multispeciality Hospital will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations and marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and brand. The role involves a wide range of tasks, including:
Developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, community groups, and other stakeholders to generate positive coverage and awareness of the hospital's services
Collaborating with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive patient engagement and promote the hospital's services
Analysing data to assess the effectiveness of marketing and public relations efforts, and making recommendations for improvements
Developing and distributing various communications materials, such as press releases, brochures, and social media content
Representing the hospital at community events and trade shows to promote the hospital's services
Responding to media inquiries and providing information to the media as needed
Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements
Managing day-to-day social media communications and maintaining the hospital's website
Acting as a liaison between the hospital and external vendors and agencies
Assisting with the management and coordination of special events and projects
Maintaining good relations with other clinics and doctors and managing referrals
The Public Relations Officer (Marketing Associate) should be a self-starter with strong communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. He/she should have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with other clinics, hospitals and doctors to ensure that the hospital is receiving referrals and to build a strong network of medical professionals in the area.
Requirements
The requirements for the position of Public Relations Officer (Marketing Associate) for Vardha Multispeciality Hospital include:
2-3 years of experience in public relations, marketing or communications, specifically in healthcare industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating and executing effective public relations and marketing campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry
Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service skills
